In-Office Membership Plan
Uninsured? We've got you covered! For a reasonable annual fee, our in-office membership plan covers basic services, such as exams, cleanings, x-rays, and digital scans. You will also receive 15% off restorative dental work. We can tailor your plans to your needs, whether you require regular preventive care or a periodontal maintenance plan. Insurance
We accept all major PPO insurance plans as an out of network provider. We are always happy to do benefit check for you to understand your insurance plan and help you maximize your insurance benefits. We will also file and follow-up on all paperwork on our patients' behalf.
